Baillie Gifford leads Edelman's Asset Management brand index for second year running

Liontrust and Schroders complete top three

Baillie Gifford has retained the top spot for the wholesale market for the second year in a row according to the latest Edelman Asset Management Brand Index.

In the UK wholesale market, the average brand score has bounced back slightly to 69.2%, up from 68.7% in 2019, but has failed to return to its 2017 high of 72%. For the second year in a row, Baillie Gifford has retained the top spot in the overall brand ranking table, followed by Liontrust, which is up one spot from 2019, and Schroders, which is now at number three. RLAM has climbed through the index and is now at number four, after ranking 23rd two years ago, according to the third iteration of the index.
