Redwheel, formerly known as RWC Partners, has expanded its Global Horizon equity team with the promotion of Benjamin Hall to co-portfolio manager and the appointment of Gillian Elcock as investment director, effective immediately.
In his new role, Hall will work closely with Louise Keeling, who leads the team, on portfolio construction and identifying new investments, having joined Redwheel's Global Horizon team in 2019 as a global analyst. Prior to that, he served as portfolio manager of the Emerging Markets Small Cap fund at Mondrian Investment Partners.
