Gravis Capital Management to build on co-living trend

Looking to IPO a new investment company

Co-living is far from a new concept, with major news outlets reporting on its rise since 2015.

However, Gravis Capital Management is "more confident than ever" that now is the time for it to take off and is looking to IPO a new investment company.  If successful, the GCP Co-Living REIT would be the first trust to list on the stock exchange this year after a bumper 2021 of fundraising. Nick Barker, director at Gravis and fund manager of the trust, explained the timing.
