Principal Asset Management has hired George Maris as its CIO and global head of equities.
Maris left Janus Henderson in July where he had worked since 2011 and was most recently head of equities, Americas for six years. Marc Pinto returns to Janus Henderson as Maris departs At the time, Janus Henderson said Maris was leaving the firm because Maris "has decided that now is the right time for him to leave the firm to pursue other opportunities".
