Carmignac poaches from Invesco for UK business development head

Gavin Ward joins

Carmignac has expanded its UK client management team with the hire of a head of business development, as the firm seeks to grow its presence in the country.

Gavin Ward will be responsible for UK business development, including leading the team of specialists. In this role, he will work across all client segments including retail, wholesale and institutional investors. Ward joined Carmignac in September 2023 from Invesco, where he had worked since 2014 and most recently as head of discretionary clients.
