Puma VCT 13 launches fundraise for up to £70m

Puma Investments has opened a £50m fundraise for Puma VCT 13, with an over-allotment facility for a further £20m.

Launched in 2017, the VCT offers investors exposure to a diversified portfolio of scale-up, "high potential" businesses that have "proven themselves" in their market, with 19 investee businesses to date, and a current portfolio of 16 companies.  These include piracy software company MUSO, men's athleisurewear business Ron Dorff and tech-focused influencer marketing agency Influencer.  Most recently, the VCT has invested in firms such as digital account provider Pockit and voice isolation specialist IRIS Audio Technologies.  Hargreave Hale AIM VCT launches £20m fundraise Puma VCT...
