The two women who filed sexual assault and misconduct claims against Crispin Odey over the summer have now submitted their cases to the UK High Court.
This means the disgraced hedge fund manager will face the first lawsuit on his alleged sexual misconduct since more than a dozen women came forward with the accusations in June this year. So far, 20 women have accused Odey of sexual misconduct.
