Pantheon expands wealth offering with launch of open-ended private equity fund

Pantheon has expanded its offering for the wealth market with the launch of an open-ended and evergreen private equity fund.

The Pantheon Global Private Equity Fund (PGPE), which will soon become available to investors in over 20 countries outside of the US, will offer exposure to the firm's deal flow in secondaries and co-investments through a single investment, with a focus on the mid-market. Unlike traditional private equity funds, which require investment assets of at least $5m, the fund offers monthly subscriptions starting from $25,000 and includes a quarterly liquidity mechanism.
