Former Hargreaves Lansdown chief executive Chris Hill joins Quilter board

Former Hargreaves Lansdown chief executive Chris Hill is set to join the Quilter board as an independent non-executive director, effective from 7 March.

In a stock exchange notice today (10 January), the board said that Hill, who stepped down from his post at Hargreaves Lansdown in November after six years at the helm, will also join Quilter's audit committee and board remuneration committee.  Prior to taking on the CEO role at Hargreaves Lansdown, he also served as the firm's deputy chief executive officer for eight months, and chief financial officer from his arrival in early 2016.  Before that, he worked as chief financial officer at FTSE 250 online trading platform IG Group and as chief financial officer of global currency and pay...
