Quilter Cheviot has hired UBS Global Wealth Management’s Caroline Simmons as its new chief investment officer, as Duncan Gwyther and Alan McIntosh step into retirement.

Simmons will join the company in March after more than two decades at UBS in a variety of roles, most recently as CIO of its UK wealth management business.  During her time at the Swiss firm, she served as a fund and then equity analyst, an equity strategist and more recently as deputy head of its UK investment office, prior to taking on the CIO role for the UK.  Quilter Cheviot expands fund research team with analyst hire As CIO of Quilter Cheviot, she will be responsible for the firm's investment process, as well as the day-to-day management of the equity, fund and fixed interest...
