Schroder UK Mid Cap manager Jean Roche joins Takeover Panel

Co-manager of the Schroder UK Mid Cap trust Jean Roche has been appointed as a member of the Takeover Panel.

Roche, who also co-manages the Schroder ISF European Smaller Companies fund, will sit on the code committee, which carries out the rulemaking functions of the panel. FCA unveils listings regime proposals to simplify market access for companies Current members of the code committee include Capital Group global head of ESG Jessica Ground and Law Debenture chair Robert Hingley. Also on the Takeover Panel are Investment Association chair Patrick Thompson, Association of Investment Companies chair Elisabeth Scott and Royal London group CEO Barry O'Dwyer.
