River Global taps Royal London AM and Vanguard for sales hires

Investment boutique River Global, formerly known as River and Mercantile, has poached two business development managers from Royal London Asset Management and Vanguard.

Scott Lewis has joined the firm after more than a decade at RLAM, while Henry Lee spent three years at Vanguard. They will both report to Simon Smith, head of UK wholesale. "I am delighted that Scott and Henry are joining us. They bring significant experience of working with advisers and wealth managers and will be an asset to the team," said Global CEO Alex Hoctor-Duncan. "Their arrival is also very timely as we are seeing an increased interest in our fund offering and it is crucial that we maintain a high level of support for our clients."
