Civil claims against Crispin Odey allowed to run together as rape accusation emerges

The five women suing Crispin Odey for personal injury and psychiatric harm have been allowed to have their claims heard together.

Claire Glasgow, lawyer at law firm Fieldfisher, explained that, at a High Court hearing yesterday (7 March), the judge refused to have all five cases filed under a single claim and that the five claimants would have to file separate claims on the matter.
