Rathbones secures tenant replacement for Finsbury Circus nine-year lease

Rathbones Group has secured a replacement tenant for its offices in 8 Finsbury Circus, as it prepares to move its London-based team into Investec Wealth & Investment's offices.

The migration was first revealed in the group's preliminary results, when it noted it was searching for a replacement to take over the remaining nine-year lease term.  Grant Thronton UK now has agreed to take over Rathbones' office space in Finsbury Circus, while the wealth manager will relocate its headquarters to 30 Gresham Street.
