Union Bancaire Privee has hired Brown Shipley's Boryana Perfanova as a senior investment adviser.
According to her LinkedIn, Perfanova worked at the Quintet Private Bank subsidiary for over two years. Before that, she held private banker roles at Barclays, Santander and HSBC. Her exit follows the departure of Brown Shipley head of private banking Elizabeth Weir, who will join Barclays in June as head of UK domestic.
