Woodford investors set for first Link settlement payment as ACD makes distribution

Investors in the former Woodford Equity Income fund are set to receive their first payout as a result of the scheme of arrangement, with creditors owed a share of the initial £186m distribution.

The initial settlement account distribution has today (28 March) been paid by Link Fund Solutions for a total £185,717,355.72, with all shareholders receiving an even share of the sum. Creditors will receive their payment in the same method they have received all previous capital distributions from the fund, although the vast majority will likely not see their capital until April, given intermediaries will have to process the distributions.
