Chrysalis Investments has issued a draft claim for upwards of £45m against Revolution Beauty, continuing the action it began at the end of 2023.
According to a regulatory filing, the draft particulars of claim against the cosmetics company consist of a £39m claim, with an additional £6.2m claim for "consequential losses".
