Investment trust cost disclosure bill back on parliamentary agenda

The bill to overhaul the cost disclosure regulation for UK investment companies is back in parliament after a new bill was submitted by House of Lords peer Sharon Bowles.

At the start of each session of parliament, a ballot is held to allocate the order in which the first 25 private members' bills will be introduced in the Lords. Bowles' bill placed 14th on the list, and is set to be introduced to parliament on 5 September.
