Ninety One Global Income Opportunities has had a change of identity in recent years.

Originally the Investec Cautious Managed fund, run by legendary value investor Alistair Mundy, its management passed to Jason Borbora-Sheen and John Stopford in May 2020, before its name changed and its investment objective was ‘tweaked' in October 2021. For those less familiar with the managers, Stopford is a 30-year veteran in the financial services industry and is responsible for all multi-strategy income offerings at Ninety One.
