For many people, race and ethnicity seem to be harder to talk about than other forms of diversity. It is understandable that we feel discomfort from a psychological perspective, but in order to create inclusive workplaces, it is vital to understand why we feel the fear and do it anyway.
The Race and Ethnicity Workstream of The Diversity Project is committed to fostering an inclusive industry and workplace that cultivates an awareness and understanding of the value and competitive advantage that diverse talent brings to the industry, as well as the clients and communities we serve.
