Diversity makes 'true business sense'

The benefits of a diverse workforce cannot be ignored. Having teams made up of individuals from a variety of different backgrounds, who see the world in different ways and have a range of lived experiences makes true business sense.

It encourages diversity of thought, fosters creativity, and provides insight into the needs and wants of society as a whole instead of the select few. One common, yet often overlooked, diversity is neurodiversity. This refers to diversity of human brains and considers differences in how our brains are "wired" as another natural variation in humans.
