There are several industry groups aimed at empowering women in financial services, promoting diversity, inclusive culture and transparency.
However, few of these are aimed at boutique firms. As a group of innovative smaller companies, we have rolled up our sleeves to work towards solutions for positive change. We launched our Independent Investment Management Initiative (IIMI) Women's Network last June. Creating this network was not about reinventing the wheel.
