Troubled asset management business Forsyth Partners has been fully integrated into buyer firm Crosby Capital, with the takeover finally completed last week. The company has been rebranded Crosby Forsyth, and the ratings service named Crosby Forsyth Research. Peter Toogood remains as CIO of the fund management business, although former Forsyth marketing director Dennis Clegg has now left the company.
