As investment platform Tillit approaches the two-year anniversary of its public launch, founder and CEO Felicia Hjertman sits down with Investment Week to discuss why she began the project, her passion for change in the industry and what the future holds for the firm.
Hjertman pinpoints her decision to found Tillit while she was working as a manager of Baillie Gifford's Japanese Smaller Companies portfolio and had a strenuous experience attempting to make some individual investments with her own personal money via a platform.
