In the second part of its discussion series, Investment Week features editor Eve Maddock-Jones spoke to Helena Morrisey, chair of the Diversity Project's Pathway Programme, Fidelity International assistant portfolio manager and senior portfolio engineer Konul Mustafayeva and Jupiter fixed income investment analyst Paridhi Garg about the barriers women continue to face in financial services.

The past year was an especially difficult reality check for the financial services sector about the level of rampant sexism that is still in place, despite positive progress.

In the shadow of the CBI scandal, along with the sexual harassment allegations against Crispin Odey and the Treasury Select Committee's 'Sexism in the City' enquiry, the panel discusses what changes they hope to see and have a frank discussion on whether gender parity is achievable in their professional lifetimes.

Visit Investment Week to read more of it is International Women's Day coverage, and to watch the first instalment of the series, when the panel explains the genesis and their experience of the Pathway Programme itself.
