New City Initiative (NCI) offers an independent, expert voice in the debate over the future of financial regulation. The NCI gives a voice to independent, owner-managed firms that are entirely focused on and aligned with the interests of their clients and investors. Meanwhile, Oldfield Partners is a value equities house, which manages around $4bn for endowment funds, pension funds, charities, family offices, and high net worth individuals.
