Virginie Maisonneuve, CIO of Eastspring Investments, has said she remains positive on the world's second largest economy despite China being "the elephant in the room" for Asian equities.
Speaking to Investment Week after joining the firm in November last year, Maisonneuve (pictured) said a lower growth trajectory was positive for China providing there is political stability, as it signaled the maturity of the economy.
