The financial advice sector needs to define a path for the next generation to come through the ranks and become advisers, believes Vito Faircloth, because as things stand young people do not know where to start.
The youngest-ever Fellow of the Personal Finance Society maintains younger people do see advice as a prestigious career but are at a loss at how to get there themselves. He also admits that, originally, he did not know how to become an adviser or that it was even a feasible option at a young age.
