The platform policy paper will be published on Monday, the FSA said today.
It was due to be published this morning but a spokesperson from the regulator said it has been pushed back to next week. The delay has been caused by the large amount of rule changes needed to be made to the handbook following yesterday's board meeting. Publication of the eagerly anticipated paper has already been delayed from Q2 to Q3. The paper will set out final rules on cash rebates, fund manager rebates, capital adequacy requirements, platform due diligence and re-registration.
