Who were the most complained-about businesses in the second half of last year?
New complaints data released by the FSA lists complaints under decumulation, life and pensions; general insurance and pure protection; and banking. The firm-specific figures are a summary of the data reported to the FSA by financial institutions, and includes only those that have reported 500 or more complaints in the six-monthly reporting period.
