BNP launches first ever FTSE 100 dividend trackers

BNP Paribas has launched the first ever range of trackers offering access to FTSE 100 dividend futures within its range of Exchange Traded Certificates, known as EasyTrackers.

They are the first tracker products to provide access to FTSE dividend futures through long, short or twice leveraged strategies. Antoine Deix, head of global dividend strategy, said the products give investors a new way to access income streams. "Professional investors are increasingly looking at dividend markets and different geographic exposures, and we saw investment opportunities on the FTSE 100 dividends," he said.
