Old Mutual Wealth hires former Aviva UK Life CEO as independent customer champion

Old Mutual Wealth has appointed David Barral in the newly created role of independent customer champion, supporting the company's Customer Outcomes Forum.

Barral was CEO of Aviva UK Life for four years and prior to this held a number of roles at the company including distribution director, marketing director and chief operating officer. He is currently non-executive director at LV=, chairman of Vantage Finance and chairman of Virgin Wines.
