Discretionary manager PortfolioMetrix has launched a suite of environmental, social and governance (ESG) portfolios in response to client demand.
The Ethical Emphasis range will use a positive screen to determine the social and environmental effects of potential investments and will focus on selecting funds that have ESG practices at the centre of their investment process. It will also avoid investing in companies which have poor sustainability principles. How does the UK stockmarket rank in terms of ESG criteria?
