Source's commodity ETF sees almost $1bn inflows in three weeks

Source has recorded inflows of $925m in just three weeks into its commodities ETF, the Source Bloomberg Commodity UCITS ETF, making the product the fastest growing European ETF in five years.

Following the launch of the ETF last month, the product has seen the record inflows, according to Bloomberg data, as appetite for the asset class appears unabated after outperformance in 2016. Chris Mellor, executive director, product management at Source, said: "Investors have been crying out for a more competitively priced, simple commodity ETF and the rapid growth in Source's new BCOM ETF reflects this."
