Man GLG has launched a global long/short fund, the Innovation Equity Alternative fund, for new hire and former RWC manager Priya Kodeeswaran.
Kodeeswaran joined the group last year, after leaving his post at RWC. He initially developed his style of management whilst a partner at Cheyne Capital between 2004 and 2009, before moving to spend six years at RWC Partners. The UCITS compliant long/short Innovation Equity Alternative fund will invest in 60 to 70 large-cap companies primarily in the US, Europe and Asia.
