Lyxor Asset Management has launches its first "pure" environmental product, the Lyxor Green Bond UCITS ETF, in response to growing investor appetite for ESG strategies and new regulation in France.
Tracking the Solactive Green Bond Investment Grade index, the ETF will gain exposure to investment grade issues labelled as "green", while charging a total expense ratio of 0.25%. To ensure compliance with the Climate Bond Standard framework, each bond must be confirmed as eligible for inclusion by the Climate Bond Initiative.
