BlackRock has added a Japanese equity offering to its range of iShares sustainable exchange-traded funds (ETFs).
The fund will offer exposure to Japanese companies with the highest environmental, social and governance (ESG) scores. The companies are scored on ESG themes specific to the sector and are rated by MSCI between AAA (being the highest) and CCC (the lowest).
