Solactive partners with Equileap to launch gender equality indices

Ranked 3,000 companies on 19 gender equality factors

Index provider Solactive has teamed up with Equileap, an organisation aiming to accelerate progress towards gender equality in the workplace, to launch a range of indices tracking the leading companies in gender equality.

Weighted equally and rebalanced annually, the Solactive Equileap Europe, US and Global Gender Equality indicies offer investors different geographical exposure to the same investment process. Equileap ranked 3,000 publicly-listed companies across 23 countries based on 19 gender equality factors including equal pay, leadership, career development and family leave.
