S&W hires AXA IM's Rumary for sales role

Smith & Williamson has appointed Ben Rumary as an associate sales director from AXA Investment Managers, where he spent five years as an investment sales manager.

Prior to AXA IM, he was regional sales manager for both LV Asset Management and Old Mutual Asset Management. Smith & Williamson hires Savills director to grow family office service Rumary will report to Ed Rosengarten, head of funds at Smith & Williamson, while working alongside Andrew Groves and Tim Rea as part of the sales team promoting the firm's funds to the intermediary market.
