Neuberger Berman has appointed Jonathan Bailey as head of environmental, social and governance (ESG) investing.
Bailey joins from think tank, Focusing Capital on the Long Term (FCLT Global). Prior to FCLT Global, he was an associate partner at McKinsey & Company where he was responsible for advising on a range of investment strategy related issues. In his new role, he will be responsible for incorporating ESG principles into the equities, fixed income and alternatives platforms while helping managers consider employing ESG as part of their analytical approach to evaluating companies.
