Bats Europe expands offering with launch of 18 regional indices

One year since launching its index business, Bats Europe has launched a set of 18 regional, single country and sector European indices.

The 18 indices, which will launch on 19 June, bringing the total number of indices on offer to 57, and will include the Bats Europe All Companies index, the Bats Eurozone 50 and the Bats Europe Consumer Cyclicals Sector index.  They will seek to correlate with relative peers' indices, such as the Stoxx Europe 600 and the Euro Stoxx 50.
