The Personal Investment Management & Financial Advice Association (PIMFA) has hired Simon Harrington as senior policy adviser for public policy, effective 16 October.
Harrington joins from the National Employment Savings Trust (NEST) where he was spent six years, firstly as a corporate affairs manager and most recently as senior public policy adviser. Prior to NEST, he held a number of roles at the Treasury including corporate communications officer and communications and governance manager at the Asset Protection Agency.
