Morningstar has promoted Hortense Bioy to director of passive strategies and sustainability research for Europe.
She will continue to provide independent research on European-domiciled passive funds, ranging from ETFs and other exchange-traded products to traditional index funds. Going sustainable: Six SRI ETFs to consider Bioy joined the firm in 2010 as a senior ETF analyst and held the role for two years before being promoted to director of passive fund research, Europe. Prior to Morningstar, Bioy was a financial journalist at Bloomberg for three years and an M&A reporter at Mergermarket for two years before that.
