Muzinich recruits BNY Mellon's wealth management head for UK wholesale role

Corporate credit specialist Muzinich & Co. has hired Hugo Wheeler as head of UK wholesale from BNY Mellon.

In his new role, Wheeler will be responsible for the development and growth of the firm's UK wholesale business. He held a number of roles at BNY Mellon over a three-year period, most recently as head of wealth management and private banks. He was also head of UK financial institutions and Channel Islands. Prior to that, he was a director at GAM and also held sales roles across a number of asset managers including Insight and Fidelity.
