Nordea Asset Management has grown its environmental, social and governance (ESG) range with the launch of a North America fund.
The Nordea 1 - North American Stars Equity fund will adopt a bottom-up stock picking strategy while using the firm's ESG rating model as an overlay. It will be managed by portfolio manager Johan Swahn, who joined the firm from Skagen in 2015 and also runs its global ESG fund. MSCI: How does ESG impact the performance of companies?
