Incisive Media – Investment Week's parent company - is delighted to reveal that the Financial Conduct Authority's (FCA) Megan Butler will be keynote speaker at its first Women in Investment festival on 3 March this year.
Butler, who joined the FCA in 2015, will host a session entitled 'Breaking the glass ceiling: An economic case for gender diversity'. The session will explore the fact that, while women are underrepresented across all levels of the global financial system, this is most prominent at a boardroom level, where women account for less than 2% of financial institutions' chief executive officers (CEOs).
