Guinness Global Investors, previously Guinness Asset Management, has appointed renewable energy specialist David Freeder as head of sustainable infrastructure.
In his role, Freeder will be responsible for leading the development of the company's sustainable infrastructure service, while also developing the firm's broader strategy and investor offering in sustainable infrastructure and renewable energy. Previously, Freeder ran his own consultancy, where he provided specialist investment management and transaction services support. Prior to that, he worked as an investment director at Downing LLP, while having also held roles with EY and Deloitte.
