Hamilton Lane reveals CEO succession plans

Hamilton Lane vice chair Juan Delgado-Moreira and board member Erik Hirsch are set to replace outgoing CEO Mario Giannini, who will step down from the role in 2024.

After serving as CEO for 22 years, Giannini will become executive co-chair of the firm with Hartley Rogers, who has held the role since 2005. He will be replaced by co-CEOs Hirsch and Delgado-Moreira on 1 January 2024. Delgado-Moreira will focus on leading Hamilton Lane's global sales efforts and client service organisation, while Hirsch will lead the firm's strategic direction and manage its operations.
