Regional REIT appoints ARA Europe as investment adviser

Replaces Toscafund Asset Management

Regional REIT has appointed ARA Europe Private Markets as its investment adviser, after the firm completed its takeover of Regional REIT’s asset manager, London & Scottish Property Investment Management.

Previously managed by Toscafund Asset Management, Regional REIT said the appointment would "enhance the overall strength and capabilities of the both the investment and asset manager", with both management agreements set to continue on existing terms to November 2026. However, Toscafund will continue to act as the alternative investment fund manager and provide relevant regulatory services to the trust until an affiliate of ARA Europe has acquired its own regulatory permissions, which is expected to be early next year.
