10,000 Interns Foundation urges organisations to rethink hiring practices

Beyond 'soft skills'

The 10,000 Interns Foundation has urged employers to look beyond soft skills from their recruitment processes following findings that it creates a barrier for entry for students who perform adequately when in employment.
